Москва. 14 апреля. INTERFAX.RU — Депутаты Госдумы приняли в третьем чтении закон об эксперименте по маркировке импортируемой алкогольной продукции в России, а не за ее пределами, как это организовано сейчас. Предполагается, что эксперимент пройдет в Калининградской области в период с 1 июня 2021 года по 31 мая 2023 года.
Комитет Совфеда по бюджету и финансовым рынкам поддержал законопроект № 1058461-7, который предусматривает проведение с 1 июня 2021 года по 31 мая 2023 года эксперимента по маркировке импортируемого в РФ алкоголя. Эксперимент пройдет в Калининградской области.
В рамках пилотного проекта на таможенных складах региона протестируют процесс нанесения на алкогольную продукцию спецмарок. Также целями эксперимента являются – налаживание взаимодействия между участниками, оценка целесообразности маркировки, полученных результатов и их влияния на развитие логистического комплекса региона. По результатам эксперимента Кабмин примет решение о введении маркировки импортируемого алкоголя на территории всей страны.
Эксперты уточняют, что весь ввозимый в РФ алкоголь маркируется за границей, преимущественно в странах Прибалтики. Минусы этого в том, что зарубежные страны получают выгоду от маркировки на своей территории, в то время как наши власти не могут проконтролировать процесс.
